WHAT IS THE MEANING OF PSYCHOLOGY?
Our emotions are like compasses in our lives, by exploring and accepting their message we can get along and find a better way. Psychology provides an inner transformative journey that we take in ourselves. Every journey is unique. Noone has to travel the very same road as you. Still, the experience of the journey can be shared.
MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
I am here to listen to you, to explore your opportunities towards a better future, a new way to go. I truly believe that everyone is capable of changing his/her life for the better. During psychological consultations I work with inner images in relaxed, altered states towards specific goals for a commonly agreed number of sessions. I also use some cognitive techniques and tools (mindfulness, self-compassion, acceptance and commitment), which are strongly connected to my research interest.
I can help you regarding the following topics: self-esteem, relationship problems, stress and emotion management, career issues, feminine-masculine qualities, self-knowledge, self-development.
